Exam Certificates

Exam certificates from the Summer 2022 exams are available for collection from the main school office. Certificates must be collected and signed for in person. If you are unable to collect them yourself and would like to authorise a third party to collect them on your behalf please download and complete the third party collection proforma below. The main office is open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday term time. Your nominated person will need to bring this form with them along with some ID when they collect your certificates.
